They represented us in the sale of our home in Redding. It was a contingent sale as we were relocating to Indiana. Christina told us the wrong closing date. When she realized her amateur error we had a matter of days to move a household of 4 people with 4 cats and a dog. We had a moving crew and truck booked for the originally told to us (but incorrect) moving date. She never offered reimbursement or any help. She even called me as we were loading the moving truck and laughed at the inconvenience she caused. My husband had a conversation with Tyler that they (Clifford) would cover the expense of a house cleaner given this mistake to take a load off our plate, he agreed…Only to have Christina call days later to say they wouldn’t cover that. They “put” us (2 kids, 2 adults, 4 cats and a dog)
