Clean place. Watched some arguments happen with I'm guessing residents. We have family over there, stopped to visit them and it's the same people, loud, yelling. . It's supposed to be a quiet place. Otherwise, clean property. Nice location. Everyone works hard to keep it looking nice and make it a peaceful place to live!
