I've used Cleveland Property Management for over 10 years. For the first time, we had an issue with a renter not paying and eventually leaving the property. The eviction process was handled entirely by CPM and was very smooth. We also had a lot of work that needed to be done as the last tenant wasn't taking very good care of it. Robyn was great on giving updates and for keeping the costs down. Highly recommend CPM

I wrote a review about how great Jehan was and I had to come back and delete and rewrite. Let me be perfectly clear JEHAN IS NOT THE ISSUE, the company he works for however is! I’ve been in my unit for a MONTH from day one I’ve had issues that Jehan has tried to help me get fixed and they STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETED MY ISSUES! They are SLUMLORDS! It took WEEKS to get a response from maintenance about a very bad leak in my unit and now I’m left with an ugly patch job, no sanding, no painting. Every time I call someone in maintenance I get someone in another country who says someone will call me back and they NEVER DO! I had to threaten to move out for anyone to even come look at the leak! They didn’t offer any compensation just wanted me to sit at home so they could send various maintenance pe
