Living at Clearwater Creek Apartments has been an incredible experience! The staff here, especially Olivia and Kenny, have made me feel right at home from day one. Olivia's warm smile and willingness to help with anything I need is truly heartwarming. Kenny’s friendly demeanor adds to the positive atmosphere, making every interaction enjoyable. Whenever there’s been a maintenance issue, it gets resolved quickly, which gives me great peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. Clearwater Creek feels like home! Clearwater Creek Select was the most stressful living experience I’ve ever had. While recovering from a high-risk C-section, my lease was terminated and I was given five days to move out. There was no flexibility or consideration for medical recovery. The property had ongoing roach and rodent issues that were never fully resolved despite treatments. Concerns were often minimized rather than addressed in a meaningful way. Communication with management frequently felt adversarial, and situations escalated unnecessarily, including law enforcement involvement during disputes. My experience with First Lake has been deeply disappointing. After moving out, my husband and I disputed charges taken from our $300 security deposit because our move-in photos clearly showed the carpet was already used and a small blemish on the tile existed before we ever lived there. Despite providing timestamped photos and videos from both move-in and move-out, our evidence was dismissed and we were accused of causing urine damage to the carpet and creating a “burn mark” on the tile — none of which is true. We do not smoke, had no fires, had no pets or children. The condition in our move-out photos matches our move-in photos. We were also sent an email labeled as a “confidential settlement offer,” paired with language that read “make a payment first before we put it in the system,”

I must advise against renting at this property due to my negative experience. Following a five-year residency, I have been presented with a $2,000 bill for alleged damages. The property management has made false claims regarding pet urine on the carpet, despite never having a pet. They are also attempting to charge me for normal wear and tear, such as grease stains on the stove and oven, minor wall scuffs, and other items that would typically be repaired and cleaned prior to the arrival of a new tenant. As evident in other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue, with multiple tenants being wrongly accused of pet urine damage. My experience with Clearwater Creek management office staff, Kenny, Julia, and new manager Olivia, has been very good. Kenny is the leasing agent who I met initially. He is always very friendly, engaging and professional. The apt Kenny found for me had plenty of space and ample closets for this size apartment in this price range. Full size washer and dryer included, in a separate laundry space, as well. There are security gates at both entrances, and a dedicated security system for the apartment itself. Grounds are well lit and maintained, with landscape maintenance there weekly. There is also a pool, and fitness center on premises, but I did not make use of these things so cannot comment on them.
