People, Clear Sky, is the worst property management company. Do yourselves a favor and do not even think about interviewing this incompetent, unreliable, and unprofessional property management company. The following are some of the reasons: • Clear Sky conducted the operating budget’s approval meeting in January without providing or posting an agenda for the Zoom meeting. • Clear Sky does not even have the courtesy to respond to the people who write reviews about their company. If you look at other companies’ reviews, they take their time and have the decency to respond to all the reviews posted. However, Clear Sky did have the time to flag my last review and somehow had it removed. • Clear Sky is not customer service oriented. • Moreover, Estrella Lima, who possibly still works or worked

Clear Sky manages a building I live in and they had the nerve to leave the residents at the building with NO AIR CONDITION THE ENTIRE LABOR DAY WEEKEND. 0 communication on behald of their part or the board of association advising us as to when it will be back on or even why its taking more then 4 days to turn back on. They don't do anything with real logic and are inconsiderate of the residents of the property they manage. Multiple on going issues at the property like parking, board members favoritism, roach infestation, elevator malfunction and a/c cooling tower shuts down continuously. If I can rate them a 0 I would but I can't so a 1 will have to do.

This company is unprofessional beyond comprehension. Your property WILL NOT benefit from their services. To give everyone an idea, they discriminate against none HOA board members. Even if you’re are an owner in the building. Another example? They’ll use your personal information to promote untalented things. Zero ethics. I wish I wrote this sooner. If your building is using this company, I feel for you.

They deserve 0 stars. Unreasonable high HOV fees. Every year special assesments. You always can not a right person to talk to. They never return your calls. That is the most awful management company I have ever seen

I was accused of a something in my apartment that was not happening and when I was asked, I said no and a lady or a very young girl called Anabella” very unprofessional, hung up the phone and left me talking. I thought at first it was a “gimmick call” but learned today that it was not so that is why I am writing this review. Very very disturbing call ! Message to Clear Sky Management, please train your employees how to deal with people. This kind of behavior from your employee will not favor Mr Lerner and other investors. Thank you.
