Clearbrook Apartments

Chelsea in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. When I went on the initial tour, she was knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I officially moved in today and when I saw Chelsea, we picked up right where we left off. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully landscaped. Maintenance/groundskeepers are friendly and do a great job keeping the complex clean. I’m glad to be here and look forward to making Century Clearbrook my new home.

Out of all the places that I’ve lived in Frederick, Century Clearbrook is the best. Maintenance is handled so quickly and the staff is all wonderful. The property and amenities are beautiful and I’m glad to be a resident.

Gabbie helped with the move in process just in time for the holidays ! It was such an efficient smooth move . Her communication was great & she was very attentive! 5 stars for her, 4 for the complex just because you can literally hear all your neighbors above and below you & the kitchen is severely out dated lol

I’ve been living here for over 7 years and have had the opportunity to experience several different units during that time. Each apartment has been well-maintained, comfortable, and a great place to call home. One of the things that has really stood out to me over the years is the outstanding service from the entire staff. The office team is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance crew is just as impressive—quick to respond and always courteous. Living here has been a great experience, and I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of everyone who helps make this place feel like home

Just moved in and love it so far! The staff are so nice and kind! They really worked with me during my application and were very patient as I got things together. I look forward to living here! :)
