Kevin is the best at what he does, hands down. He did a more than exceptional job, gave us the good, the bad, and the ugly, but in a very courteous and informative manner. He was very attentive and didn’t let anything go unnoticed, and it made it easier for us because we knew exactly what we wanted the sellers to fix before moving forward. Kevin is also a great guy aside from his job, really enjoyed talking to him about his own home, his family, and his smoker !! I wouldn’t recommend any other home inspector to anybody but Kevin.
