I just moved from there and was glad to do it. There was a gas leak in the apartments and we couldn't get in touch with emergency maintenance had to call the gas company in the gas company couldn't get in touch with emergency maintenance so they called the fire department and fire department had to break down three doors don't believe me I have the video on my tik Tok also they charge you for a maintenance fee of somebody coming to clean up the yards and stuff the man that lived underneath me cleaned up the yard every day and he did it for free also they charge you different amounts every month one month you could be paying $873 the next month is $943 it varies and they don't tell you that when you move in I would not recommend these apartments to anybody

Me and my partner were assisted by Jody and when i say the most amazing person i have come across out of all the residences ive lived in. I truly thank God for her. She got us in and made sure we were accommodated and got through the approval process. Im so excited to move into my new home. THANK YOU SOO MUCH JODY . GOD BLESS YOU

My daughter lives here. For three months or so she has been dealing with water coming in her apartment. It’s coming from the upstair unit. She has went to the property managers and reported it numerous occasions. The ceiling fell in the bathroom, and she call emergency services, was told it wasn’t an emergency. Water now dripping in the kitchen constantly, she got a bucket to catch the water. All I thought about is what if my daughter was in the shower! OMG this could have been worse. Why didn’t they move her? Why would they not take care of their tenants. Tried to email the corporate office and it comes back that the office is no good, but they gave her the email address in the office ARE THEY FORREAL OMG!!

Wow if I could give Jody a 1000 Dollars today I would she was such a blessing today getting us moved in while still running the day to day function of the leasing office please give her a raise Hats off to such an amazing and professional experience 💙

This place is a definition of you get what you pay for. It first started with them not telling us until the last minute that we have to get our mailbox keys from the post office and it takes TWO WEEKS to get them. Then while you’re waiting, the mailman sends our mail back saying “invalid address” when he absolutely knows the address is valid. Then the weather warms up and the most disgusting dead bug investigation happens right in the halls. There’s nowhere to walk safely. Now our power is out in just two rooms. My mother calls twice between 3-4pm. 10pm rolls around and NO ONE has come. 24 hr maintenance isn’t 24 hr. I sat through an automated voice for three minutes for “emergency” and still had to leave my name and number. So we’re just sitting in the dark! Ten outta ten. Will never liv
