Clear Run

My wife and I appreciate being residents here at Clear Run. Our fellows residents are friendly, the community is clean, and the office is willing to help with anything at a moments notice. We also appreciate the current events that keeps us informed about things going on in the area. We also appreciate the activities provided here that brings the residents closer together! It’s been a pleasure!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and plan on staying longer. The renovated apartments are cozy and homey. Every maintenance issue I’ve ever had (which has been minimal) has been taken care of almost immediately by the maintenance team, specifically Jacob. We’re consistently blown away by his attention to detail and positive attitude. Thanks clear run :)

Filthy. Disgusting. Nasty office. No parking/$160 boot for the actual residents. As a parent of a college kid who resides here: AVOID THIS DUMP!! This place is a slum-lord run facility, zero care/concern of customer service for their renters. Not safe physically (drug users/homeless hang out on the premises) & detrimental to your health due to mold, filth, damp, poor maintained premises. They are overrun with mold everywhere & not clean!! The apartment refuses to deal with this & our kid + roommates have all had hacking coughs & been sick since living here for 6months. The move-in cleanliness was a joke- smelled wet & moldy. Pet hair all along the walls in the carpet. The place had barely been wiped down/disinfected for move-in day. There is no parking ever for friends or visiting family.

Great apartments, good location. You’re close to pretty much everything. Staff has been very nice and really responsive. Maintenance crew stays on top of everything. Shout out to Alexis who helped me with the move in process. Very quick and easy process.

Alexis was amazing to work with! She helped us find a place quickly, even with the short time we had. The move-in process was smooth, and she’s always been super responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. So glad we chose Clear Run — thank you, Alexis!
