Clear Creek Landing

I was so miserable living here that I broke my lease. I had roaches crawling on me in my sleep, a new water leak every week and my neighbors were a nightmare. I have emails with both the manager and assistant manager, asking them for an exact price to get out of my lease. They never responded to that or took me seriously— instead they chose to keep trying to put a bandaid on a unit that should really be deemed inhabitable.

Alex is the greatest!!! He’s very professional and take care of the issue in a timely manner. He’s very respectful, coming into the unit doing his job wholeheartedly while keeping everything nice and clean.

First off - the most responsive maintenance team I’ve ever experienced at an apartment. Very polite and cool to deal with, and they came in and took care of the issue the very next day. Definitely worth all five stars!

Great place to live in. Prices are affordable, nice apartments and the manager Jennifer is great, she's very helpful and runs the place very well. Never had any problems, its very quiet and clean, maintenance is great whenever I had any issues they would be there next day every time. I would definitely recommend this place
