We recently purchased a home through Gary Mann Real Estate (Marc Petersen) and it was a great experience. Marc made sure we knew what to expect and everything went through without issue. I strongly recommend Marc Petersen to anyone looking for a home in the Ephrata area.

I purchased a home where Gary Mann Realty (Jason Hall) represented the seller. When I took possesion of the home, the basement had garbage in it. lightbulbs were taken, all the curtain rods were missing. The garbage totes were left full, and there were empty chemical containers left in the back yard. The front window had a hole in it.that was not there when, the home inspection was done,nor there when the appraisal was completed. I talked to the realtor, he stated he would talk to the seller. After two weeks no response, I texted Jason Hall and he replied there was nothing he could do and "legal action is up to you" so much for customer service" I would not reccomend Gary Mann Realty for any services. Of course this was after he received his commision.
