Clayton Nashville Home Building Facility

Absolutely ridiculous experience. My appointment was scheduled for 6:00 AM, and I arrived early at 5:50 AM. It’s now 10:00 AM and I’m still sitting here waiting. I was parked at the dock door, ready to go, but instead of unloading me, one of the old granny she told me I’m going to unload other trucks first. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told “we’re on break.” Seriously? I’ve been here for over 4 hours, and now they go on break? Completely unprofessional and disorganized. If this is how they run things, it’s no wonder drivers get fed up. Total waste of time.

A friend purchased a home from clayton. Its been sitting over a month and not ready to move in yet. Leaks, (was told not their problem to contact manufactor)cabinet doors upside down. Inside Seam of attached sides, they put down a board on floor that does not even match flooring.

avoid that place at all cost, Driver arrived at 7:00 am and they started unloading him at 11:00 am , although we were beguing for help, driver were willing to assited but still they did not care and ignore our request. We lost our next load for his fault.

Bought my house in 2019 from Dynasty Homes in Greenville, NC. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. However, the manufacturers of the home is a different story! The craftsmanship on these homes are HORRIBLE. Problems: tile behind range (crooked and messy, the solution was to take it on down and do it again, which I opted out because I had a newborn and didn't want to deal with the mess). Counter tops pulling away from wall and in-between the pieces (this was "fixed" but under warranty but has since done it again). Crown molding cracks at every section (this was "fixed" but is doing it again). Flooring (tears in several places this was patched where it could be but some spots couldn't so there was nothing they can do). Cracks in ceiling and several walls ("fixed" but cracks

Buying experience was a plus but when we got the home it was horrible. Paint job was see thru and an absolute mess. Molding was just horrible. Then the people coming to work on the house made things worse. Carpet pulls up in every room. Linoleum bubbled up and damaged significantly. Cabinets were discolored and painted underneath. Cracks that were so called fixed showed up once again. Walls are not straight they are visibly crocked. Spare bathtub has a fist size hole and all they wanna do is patch it. I didn't pay for a patched bathtub. So I wouldn't waste time or money on this dealer.
