This is a huge shout-out to Crystal Waters. She got everything done from start to finish. Today was our closing day, and she was so amazing and sweet. She was able to deal with my high anxiety, even though this loan was done through my wife, props to her. If you need a home, this is the woman to speak to; very smart and knowledgeable on how all this works. She will be by your side all the way, no questions. And I don't say it a lot to people, but even as hard as I am on people, I was super impressed. So now that I have put this out there, go see her and get you a new home.😁😁

Crystal was incredibly helpful, responsive, and resourceful while answering my questions and researching items for me as well as showing me multiple homes as I worked through my choices. BUYERS BEWARE… This has been a nightmare experience for me. First of all when I did a trade in I was not given what was agreed on. Steve(manager) said $8000 was put towards my loan. Can’t be found in any of the paperwork. Then they did not do a survey on land so my home was put over 8ft on other property. Had to have them come move fence and it is 6 ft short on my other side. My home sits so close to other home because of this big mistake! My cabinets are crooked and waited 11 months for electrical repairs to be done. First day in home my refrigerator made horrible sound when my power finally came on so they made me go through warranty. The roof was messed up where it was supposed to be seamed. I used the Clayton Home Advocate service which is a total joke!! I wanted my home mov

This has been the best experience my husband and I have had getting our first home. Crystal and everyone at Clayton Homes of Mobile has been open and transparent from start to finish.
