To WSTL drivers , delivering from Knauf: I arrived at 6:44 for My 7am appointment: Come in entrance and go slow, clockwise ( left) around building to the small portable dock on the left. Easy back if there are no flatbeds being unloaded and there will be… I just asked one to move up a little . I used their cones to help me back since the dock is smaller than width of trailer. Fast unloading for me. 30 minutes and done.

Not too bad of a place to take a load into. I had insulation and got there at 0700 when their gate opened. Go thru gate and stay left. Go 270 degrees around their building to an outside permanent dock. I don’t recommend getting there at 7am because they have a few of their own trucks unloading lumber and it can be a cluster. They started on me at 0800 and was done by 0900.

Very friendly people. Pretty quick to get me unloaded. Expect quite a few flat beds if you get here at 7, but it was easy in and out. I’d come back.

RUN!!! They do terrible work. The house I just bought has all kinds of issues cosmetically. The outside is also a mess now from contractors. This company was founded in the late 60's. You would think they would KNOW how to build homes. They do what they want, then tell you to live with it. Claytons is a TERRIBLE company and could care less about the customer once they get your money. This plant also delivers to KY. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I hope to make everyone that I can aware of their shady tactics and am going to post this experience on every social media site with pictures & videos. Save yourself the mental, emotional and physical stress, RUN!!!

If you want a company who lets their workers run you off the road and bright light you at 6:30am while it’s rainy and dark outside then pass on double yellow lines then this is the company for you! Going off other reviews they obviously don’t care about anything or anyone so choose wisely.
