Pete Claus is a fantastic, high quality builder. His team built our home on Fairview Lake years ago, and in the years after cheerfully came back to make alterations or repairs as needed. I WISH we have someone like him at home in Maryland, where you pay so much more for so much less.

We hired them to demolish our old deck and build a new one. Several times, things had to be redone, because they did not adhere to the contract. Then they ran out of material, because they did not order extra in case of errors. And left the job, removing anything of value but leaving a mound of junk in our driveway. After contacting them, they promised to remove the junk, within a week, but never did. Totally disrespectful!!
