Lisa Santilli from Classified Realty Group is amazing. She helped me sell my parents condo in N. Reading, MA., while I live in NJ. She went above and beyond even when she promised she would take care of everything, including overseeing the installation of new carpeting, finding and managing movers, finding and bringing in organizations we could donate contents of the house to, helping find storage facilities, working with lawyers and condo association managers, arranging fire/smoke inspections. She did everything! Made my life so much easier. She communicated clearly whether via text, email or phone. And she was calm and relaxed throughout it all. She was a godsend. I could not recommend her more highly.
