Classic Quality Homes

I would say on the surface the homes appear to be great. However you really need to pay attention to details and make a massive punch list of what seems to be obvious issues. To me “quality” means slightly higher end fixtures, finishes and attention to detail. That’ is definitely NOT the case. However the service tech for after support Eddie is very knowledgeable about the homes and ways to correct. My list Deck issue Dozens of trim items Shingles on roof not installed I’ve had electrical issues The basement was a wet mess I mean how do you forget to remove blockage from a French drain for a month? I’d say PAY for upgrades or you’ll pay later.. counter tops, appliances, electrical to obvious location like above large kitchen island etc We’re buying more in the area and highly doubt I’

I will give a good review working with Classic Quality Homes. Working with Mr Dan was excellent. There were issues here and there but overall I am enjoying my home. The price of my home fits right into my budget. I will recommend Classic Quality Homes to my friends and family.

We recently bought a home with Classic Quality Homes for the construction of our vacation home, and from beginning to end, we had a fantastic experience! The house was built in only four months, with a strong foundation and styled beautifully and this was only possible with Classic's commitment to doing things on time and with quality materials. The team at Classic was also very responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns. Classic Quality Homes is absolutely the Best! We purchased our home in 2021. As a first time home owner, they assisted me from the beginning of the process until the end. They took time to listen and addressed all of my concerns. The customer service is unmatched. Dawn was extremely responsive and always willing to help. WE LOVE IT HERE❤️❤️. If you are considering this company remember, negative reviews are done to WARN people, so they don't end up in the same sad situation. Otherwise why would somebody take time to do this? There are always friends and relatives who will try to lure you in with their "fantastic" reviews. It is your decision. Stay away! Excellent SCAM ARTIST. Zero professionalism and work ethic.
