Quantity over Quality.....To Be Edited After Closing: Sadly we were lied from the start. Sales person NEVER mentioned we moved into an HOA, found out at closing. Our address was changed through the process therefore all of our legal documents with mortgage company will have an incorrect address permanently. They made up lies about out lot being wanted by others, but it had been sitting vacant for years due to the poor drainage and a pond very near, we were shocked when we saw sump pump at walkthrough. We moved in with no propane and were told "it's your house you fill it" we had no heat for 4 days, however, it was rectified and they did pay to refill some of the tank afterwards. I initially was going to buy a home with LTS, but I looked at the floorplans with Classic Quality and thought I was getting more for my bucks with CQH. I started with seeing the LOT last year and loved the LOT, short story went with the Roxbury, but added a 2nd garage and added a portico(covered entry). I worked with Christine and she was a delight, I added a few upgrades and everything was seamless. I must say when building a home you should always visit the site throughout the building of a home. It keeps them in check. Anyhow, every call I made was well received Sandy is a sweetheart Michelle took over Christine and she is great to work with as well. I just want to say they are great to work with and I would use them again and recommend them.

We are working with someone who is patient and communicates well with us. So far do good. Can't wait to move into our new home.

They are building a house in my neighborhood and it couldn't have been a worse experience. No courtesy at all throughout all phases of this project. No dumpster on site so I'm cleaning up garbage that blows over daily, and today they broke the water main in the street... American water said they never even heard of this company subcontracting water main repairs.

We purchased our already built home in January 2023. Big beautiful home, very spacious, love the 2fl foyer entry and kitchen area. It's not without flaws, I wish the kitchen counters were granite, not formica. New cabinets didn't include top crown moldings, unfinished basement, too much carpet in the house, nor enough hardwood floors. You could see around windows work unfinished. When I moved in during winter, the fireplace didn't work properly. the issue was with the circuit box, and the oven stopped working. Good thing I added a warranty to all the appliances. It still took 2 months to fix. The banister railings were coming loose inside and on the back patio outside. Windows are missing screen and breakage on outside moldings. There's areas on the backyard soil and near foundation that
