ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE of a property management company. Carolyn was ok with renting a nasty dirty home with tons and tons of restrictions that were in the lease and the home at time on move in had broken several of the stated rules. Here are just a few photos of her "MOVE-IN READY" home that had "ALREADY" been cleaned... She is very rude and condescending and definitely not someone who I would ever recommend doing business with. I requested a showing of a property for lease by Classic Realty. When I arrived, the property was less than desirable and was not as described in the listing. When I thanked the agent for her time, Carolyn, and told her that the property was not what I was looking for, she made some very snide remarks. Carolyn went on about how I wasted her time and was very rude to me in general. I am not sure if she wanted me to lease the home sight unseen, but that is how it felt. If this is how Classic Realty treats its potential future clients, then I do not feel they are going to have very many in the future. If you want to be treated with a little bit of respect, then you, as a potential buyer/seller, should go with a different realty company.

My agent was rude and condescending. They took my security deposit from the owner, never returned it and also never fixed anything they were supposed to fix. The woman *Carolyn* was extremely rude and made passive aggressive remarks. They never returned my calls and avoided interaction with me. I was always very polite. I lost a $2000.00 deposit because they refused to call me back. Hiring an attorney would be more expensive than what I would have gotten back.

Made my home buying experience easy. Mike and Carolyn helped me find a home that I loved, then took care of everything that needed to be done so I could get it. I now own my first home, and I love it. I couldn't have asked for better, thank you so much!

My experience with Classic Properties staff was excellent!!! From beginning to end, they made everything very easy to understand and got me exactly what I was looking for. Would def recommend to everyone!!!
