Clark Whitehill is great to work with. Sometimes things go wrong but they are committed to making it right or better than before. And they are kind and willing to listen. I would definitely recommend a property under them!
They treat the properties and tenants as if they are below section 8. They act like you do not pay them and they are doing you some sort of favor. Very unprofessional staff. No work ethic.
They do not respond to inquiries. If you are military and need to buy sight unseen stay away from all 8 of the properties they own. They do not treat people respectfully.
Pretty decent, got nothing bad to say.
