Clarinbridge Apartments

I’ve lived at Clarinbridge for two years (and just moved into a new, bigger unit this weekend for the next year - hopefully longer) and have LOVED my time here. The apartments are very nice and spacious, and the community amenities are incredible! From the gym, tennis courts, trails, car wash, and dog grooming station, these amenities make it SO worth it to live here. It’s a super quiet community too. Everything is so clean, and management prides themselves on keeping things looking great and modern - they are committed to giving their residents the best experience possible. Definitely give them a call if you want to learn more - highly recommend Clarinbridge!

Moved out of my second apartment with Clarinbridge and the overall experience has been amazing! Since living here the first time, Clarinbridge has been renovating and updating their units to the best I have personally seen of any apartments I have considered moving into. The pool, gym, and nature trials have been great to have inside the complex and have access to. The complex is pet friendly and has been a great home for my pets both times I have stayed at Clarinbridge. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for an apartment!

I had a pleasant time living here. It has beautiful amenities and a great gym. Maintenance was okay, not great but not horrible either. The front office was nice but the property manager definitely made the stay harder. Sometimes very nice and sometimes very rude and unreasonable. Rules say do not bring guest into the gym but don’t check when people get sneaked it. Say no more than 2 pets per household but don’t care when there are 3 cats living in one unit. I just didn’t understand why make the rules when no one follows them and not holding them accountable. Worst rule was that if u have roommates and all live in a unit but have different friend groups you can still only bring 2 guests per unit in the pool area. The rent increased significantly after I moved out. So some rules are ridicul

Clarinbridge was our home, not once but twice! We lived here as newlyweds, and again just before buying our first home (with a short break in between living with the in-laws). Had we not bought a home, we would have stayed here as renters for a long time. The welcoming community, the professional management, and the pristine standard that the complex as a whole holds themselves to makes all the difference. We feel so fortunate to have had such a great experience renting as a young married couple. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a quality living experience! We will miss you, Clarinbridge!

The surrounding area is truly beautiful—peaceful, clean, and filled with greenery. Whether you’re taking a walk through the nature trails or enjoying the view from your patio, the environment adds a calm, scenic touch to everyday life. I also want to give special recognition to Edgar and Russell from the maintenance team. They consistently provide outstanding service—quick, professional, and always friendly. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, they addres
