I can’t say enough great things about this incredible apartment, expertly managed by David. I’ve had the pleasure of calling this place home for the past two years, and not once have I had a single complaint. David is a phenomenal manager—always approachable, consistently responsive, and genuinely dedicated to creating a welcoming, elevated living experience. He goes above and beyond in every way, making it hard to imagine living anywhere else. Anytime I had a question, David either had the answer on the spot or made it a point to follow up quickly with all the information I needed. The apartments themselves are impeccably maintained, and the rooftop is a stunning escape with gorgeous views. An added bonus? Initial experience: We worked with David for the last couple of months on determining if Clarendon would be our next home. He communicated well and assured us that he'd take care of us and he did. The day we arrived everything was ready for us. The move in process was seamless and stress-free. After we moved in David gave us a complete tour of the building and it's amenities. David helped move my furniture into the apartment and took extra care to ensure my packages were safe. His constant communication and quick responses to any questions I had were truly impressive. The management at Clarendon is very friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled efficiently, apartment itself is quiet and clean. Walking distance to grocery store, belltown restaurants, many parks (Olympic sculpture, Myrtle Edwards, Seattle center). I would 100% recommend this location if you’re looking to stay near belltown/lower Queen Anne. It is close to climate pledge, so the traffic can be quite slow some evenings. Every month the no parking sign is updated in front of the building, and cars get towed 🥲 but otherwise great neighborhood.

Clarendon is a beautiful apartment building in a great area of Seattle! What really makes this place stand out over all the other apartments is the community manager, David! David is very welcoming and is always down to help out in any way he can. Finding an apartment and moving can be a stressful process but he helped made everything go very smoothly and has made my experience one of the best ones. He has really made this place feel like home!
