If your moving here they dont have a freight elevator or a service door. Also management will complain about door being open while your movers are moving stuff through it. The design of this building is a complete failure as far as moving in and out.

So I was reluctant on writing this but I get upset every time I think about it. I was the first one to move into these apts . I loved the apt an some of the employees. I will tell you so the owner not manager the owner has his daughter living there at first she was nice yet I noticed if you do something she does not like or agree with she will try her hardest to get you evicted she believes in her head that due to her dad owning the building she has authority over everyone. Alot of people are to scared to say anything to her . Its sad how she uses her dads position to scare people . Ive had her ask me on two separate occasions to lie on someone on her floor so they would get kicked out. Please be mindful the apartment complex is unorganized and unprofessional. They don't go by everyone income and they wont adjust it to your income. They put me in an income median that I am not even making due to I had a pay increase a week after they reprocessed my application because of their error because Nancy was no where to be found for almost a month due to she was sick and they never appointed anyone else. So everyone application were delayed and effected by her professional and not responding. She is very not prepared and unorganized as well, Nancy learn how to take notes on people application. She asked me twice I needed to pay my deposit when I told her numerous of times , I paid and where was it. They also had us come to event to check our applications which everything I did w

I put a deposit down in August 2023. I’ve had to fill the same paperwork out multiple times at separate locations. They’ve lost paperwork and do not return calls. I finally got a call from Nancy, who I’ve been calling since November and never heard from til today 2/14/24. Ignacio is terrible at communicating and did not assign me to a unit that fits my income. The unit I need is full and they did not mention giving me my deposit back. I have emails that haven’t been responded to, my application still hasn’t been processed, and they do not care about how much they have inconvenienced me nor my family. Wonderful place. Very well thought out and purposeful. Beautiful apartments with all new upgraded appliances and a lot of community and kid space. So many opportunities for my family and kids to build friendships and have a community type of living space. Nice work out gym, cute little kids park and amazing window views from where I sit. Alittle rocky with communication from the Ross management company but Clara brown itself has been great. Kind and committed owners.
