Clairmont at Hillandale

The application and move-in process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Melissa was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, addressing all of our questions with patience and care. We want to extend our sincere thanks to her for making this transition so easy. We already feel right at home and at peace here at Clairmont.

We just recently move here, and we dearly love the place, most especially the sunrise and sunset in our balcony. Also, transacting with Monet was even wonderful, since she accommodated all our request from day 1 until we move. She is truly an asset to this community.

My experience with Melissa at Clairmont at Hillandale has been excellent. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process and made everything much easier for me. From the beginning, Melissa guided me through all the steps I needed to complete and helped set up everything required to speed up my move-in. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my questions. I truly appreciate the extra effort she put in to make sure I had a smooth and stress-free experience. Melissa’s professionalism and support made a big difference, and I’m grateful for all her help. I highly recommend working with her!

My wife and I are really looking forward to moving in! The management team especially Melissa and Shania are absolutely a delight to work with! The only negative thing that I have to say, is that the application process can be a bit confusing and frustrating! Fantastic property and we are looking forward to becoming a member of this community!

I have been without hot water for nearly a week after maintenance visited my apartment twice. Management at Clairmont does not consider this an emergency, which is easy to say when their hot water works. I have two children in my household, and we’ve had to go to my parents’ home just to take hot showers and baths. This situation is unacceptable. I tried to be patient and respectful, but the only way to get a response seems to be by leaving a review. I hoped that new management would improve things, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. Please think carefully before renting here.
