Clackamas Trails Apartments

My daughter and I moved in just a little over a year ago and we love it here. Its pretty quiet. The management team. Is very nice and very professional and the maintenance team are right on top of fixing things and are also very nice and professional. We love the pool area its very big and has a gas barbecue. The gym is very nice and always clean. The club house is so cool and has a pool table. There's a hotter indoors open all year around. My favorite is the resident appreciation week , a few times a year they hide balls or eggs around the property and give a gift card if you find one. Free ice cream one day free donuts and drinks and food other days. The Amazon locker will hold your packages until you are home to ensure they are safe. Clackamas Trails Apartments is the honestly the best place I’ve ever rented from. The maintenance people are always on it! They are either there to same day or the next one to fix whatever small problem occurs. The Leasing Office people are ALWAYS very friendly. I’d honestly recommend people to move here. The apartment is always doing fun events that are family friendly. Especially during the summer! My family has lived here since Summer of 2024 and happily renewed the lease! The only downside to the apartment is our favorite Maintenance man Jeff just retired. He was always the friendliest person here and knew a lot of tenants by name and always waved at you when passing by. He will be missed!

During the four years we lived at Clackamas trails we have had numerous negative experiences that stick out. Once, while the exterior of the building was being pressure washed, high pressure water shot under our door jam, causing our shoes to get soaking wet, the leasing office only cared we cleaned up the water and made no attempt to reach out to their contractors to prevent this happening to other units. After renewing our lease, we noticed a late charge on our bill and the entire balance remaining after being paid, we contacted the leasing office and were immediately met with allegations we failed to pay. In 2020 we moved in to a 1bd 1ba - five years later, we plan on moving to a 2bd1ba unit in the same complex!!!! We love it here! I'm incredibly impressed with the management and maintenance staff. They have come in on days off, fixed toilet issues and refrigerator issues and everything small and big in between within an hour of calling! They keep the grounds beautiful and the staff is so friendly and responsive! I love the updated appliances and in unit laundry, carports and undercover parking, the pet friendly aspect and couple of the coolest things I've never experienced anywhere else: 1) They have an annual "large drop offs" hosted for large furniture drop offs and pick ups - they'll even take what's left to the dump for you if no one finds their winnings in someone else's let gos! 2) R

Great, the staff has been amazing and helpful. Courteous, fast, they truly care about you. Extremely professional and kind. Make you feel welcome. It's beautiful here you feel like you're in the woods. People seem to be kind and respectful
