Talley arrived with a smile after working all day. We had an issue with the garage disposal. It only took a minute for him to find the issue. He is a very professional and caring person. Thanks for the great work 👍

It's always a pleasure when Mr. Stanley comes out to service our unit. He's prompt and calls when on way, he fixes and explains what he's doing and very polite 😉 this last visit was a struggle but he didn't give up until he exhausted all avenues. We appreciate and Thank him. Good job 👏 Mr. Stanley

For your own sake, heed this warning. This is the most hateful, descriminating and predatory management company imaginable. If you are white, dont even do a showing. They lie, cheat, fraud, and refuse to do maintenance for months on end. They report false lease violations, late payments, and "evictions" to prevent future leasing at other companies, if they even cooperate enough to let you out of their entrapment lease. Then they act like the victims when you finally curse them out for the 14 months of neglect, accusations and abuse. There is no excuse. There is no upside. The only maintenance man the company has, mentioned in other reviews, only shows up if they like you or legally have no choice.
