Great apartment complex the manager is really friendly and nice the complex is very clean and neat and everything like that about the apartment I love the view unfortunately I didn't get the apartment because someone else said put a deposit down before me I'm on the waiting list but I hope that I get the apartment cuz I really love the apartment I love the scenery I love the views I love how it has a gym and I love how to have a private room where you can cook it and have gas if you don't want me to come to your house it's very nice community apartment I love the unit it's so nice the patio is really lovely I love you so much thank you

All facts: In my time here, I was robbed by a fellow resident and her junkie daughter. The GSF camera recorded the whole thing. But Nothing Happened to her. 4 months later, the thief and said offspring were smoking at the front of building. As I approached the door, I asked about my stolen Segway. I was assaulted by them both. On camera. GSF manages many properties besides City View. So Don't expect respect. Don't expect equal treatment for rent, amenities, company rules, etc. Most of All Never Assume Your Physical Safety or Personal Property Matter. Your comfort/well-being Do Not Factor to GSF. Replace instead with Combative. Adversarial. Inept. Petty.

Excellent location to live downtown. A friend of mines gave me a tour and it's perfect for small families or singles who want enjoy being in walking (and ear) distance to downtown attractions.

It is a pretty sketchy place with thefts, lack of accountability and vandalism now the norm. No Parking for tenants and No Security Ever on the property.
