Jack was an amazing ! My fridge was making a noise because a vent needed to be replaced( he explained everything to me) I reported it & he was at my apartment fixing the issue within 10 minutes. He did a great job. I’m so grateful

I want to thank Mike at City Place South for his outstanding help. He recently came by to fix the trim outside my window and also took care of two other items right away without hesitation. Mike always has a smile and a welcoming attitude, and it really shows in his work. Whenever I see him in the hallways, he’s friendly and professional, and his willingness to go above and beyond is greatly appreciated!

I lived here for a year and it get worse Day by day your emails and complaints do nothing.. they think sending emails to tenants does anything lol they keep doing what they want with no consequence. Then you have a Guy that move in not long ago. And the manager at city place is dating a tenant. I've seen her leave his place quite a bit so I have no clue what's going on. But the girls that work there are so fake. They seem nice and smile at you and then it's like nothing when it comes to complaints, so if you move there, you gonna have to deal with a lot of noise dogs and tenants have no control, and it's just a lot of nasty people moving into these apartments and they can't do anything to control it. So if you want peace of mind, don't move To none of their properties that's just my view

I moved into city place a little less than a year ago, so I waited some time to give an honest review. From the very beginning a young lady named Ashley assisted my husband and I in the paper work process to move in. She was thorough and quick. Exchange of keys and move in was a BREEZE. City place provided moving cart accommodations at the Gallery. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth our move in process was. The gallery is safe and secure. And I feel comfortable raising my two children here. The building is upscale, clean, and luxury. Might I add the dog park is perfect for our little yorkie. Parking is more than accommodating and secure as you have access to maple street parking deck with a small fee added to your monthly statement. Anytime I have a question or need assistance I alway

I See A Lot Of Force Comments lol I lived there almost a year but had to check out of a bad 👎 property i learned. Over time that the manager in the office at city, please. Is the worst they smile? They're so nice when you move in. You think oh this is a nice place. But after a while it gets a little ugly and the attitude change, it's like fixed fake smiles all over. And it's weird between people stealing packages. the constant noise it becomes tiresome, especially when you're working 9 hours a day. Move here at your own risk a lot of people move in and out constantly.Some people don't even tell them they just move out lol
