I recently sold my home in Ogden with Kelly Carper at City Home and I couldn't be more satisfied. This is the 6th real estate transaction (bought or sold) I've done with City Home peeps over the years, and I have to say they are the BEST! Kelly Is approachable (which is great for meeting new people at open houses), a great communicator, and she kept me in the loop every step of the way. I really appreciated that she followed up with agents after showings and got specific feedback on the listing. She weighed in on staging, price, and negotiations but always treated me as an equal and respected my decision.

Kelly is such a wonderful realtor. She made the home buying process feel easy and seamless. Each step of the way she was there to help, and worked diligently to help us close early which was amazing. CityHome Collective is also one of the coolest buildings in SLC; not your average realty office. Signing paperwork in that calming space made everything feel so much better. And all of the staff there is amazing!
