City Walk Apartments

We just moved in a couple weeks ago and are very disappointed with our experience. We were nervous about a carpeted unit, but were assured repeatedly that carpets were replaced 9/10 times (unless they're in pristine condition). We get our unit and see that the entryway is completely stained and looks disgusting. We contacted management and they said no to replacement without even coming to look at the unit - clearly they don't care Beware promises of a clean carpet if you move here!! It's so embarrassing to have a giant dark stain in the entryway anytime we have guests over and brings up concerns about the cleanliness of the entire unit/complex.

I lived at City Walk for 3 years and loved it! I think it's the best location in Charlottesville. It's a quick 10 minute walk to the downtown mall and I always felt safe in the area. My maintenance requests were always handled quickly and I enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, gym, and lounge areas. I would highly recommend living at City Walk!

I lived at City Walk for 4 years and only left because I moved out of Charlottesville. I would have loved to stay -- the complex is extremely well managed, clean, and all maintenance requests were addressed immediately. Great location for an easy walk downtown or to the river. And right next door to Beer Run!

Lived here for two years and they truly spoil you with amazing service, maintenence, and amenities. I'm sad I ever had to move out (around eight months ago), as the apartment I moved to after this place didn't even come close to measuring up. The apartments are spectacular and the leasing office is even better. I could not recommend this place enough. I've moved out of the area entirely now but always look back on City Walk as what I truly want any apartment experience to be like. Miss you, City Walk!

The building is well administered, maintained, and kept clean. It is also quiet, and has many conveniences as well as amenities. The only complaints I have heard have been expressed by tenants or former tenants with unreasonable expectations.
