City View Place

Move to City View Place at your own RISK. The property is derelict and the property manager is very negligent! She does not answer emails and puts off important tasks that ends up causing her tenets pain. She does not show up to work most Wednesdays when she would be in the office providing services to her tenants. The picture on the city view place website are not updated! It’s is not as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The outside was recently repainted to lure new tenets in and make the building look more polished on the OUTSIDE. The manager takes her precious time responding to work orders no matter how dire the situation. The property manager is very nice as long as you don’t need anything from her pertaining to her job as property manager. The rent goes up more and more no matter

BEWARE!!! i moved to city view place june 10th 2024 and moved out january 2025 my time living here was hell the lady in the front office is rude and lies to your face trying to make you feel dumb. i was taken to court for something i paid for because she loses money orders or don’t put them in until very late. Also i lived with a broken toilet with still water. (someone else’s feces we’re also in the toilet). the broken toilet caused me to have to pay more for my bills due to the water running the entire time(bills up to $1,600 for a month in a $1,019 apartment).i let her know and was told she would contact higher ups regarding my bills and never contacted them until january of 2025 when i was already in the process of moving out. i also found out during my move out that a work order was

PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE !!! The owners of the apartment building are nothing but crooks they will take your deposit and not give it back to you and won’t tell you why they did it I lived in this apartment for like a year and half from the start everything ok few problems here and there but when it was time for me to move out the problem started I moved out last year 2023 of September we did a walk through the office people said everything was good that I should get my full deposit back fast forward now I’m still fighting those people for my deposit back I win against them and still haven’t received anything they ignored my letters and emails PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE update on my issue with city view place we’re still trying to get my deposit back still haven’t gotten a response back

I filled out the application and gave my money order on January 8th and was told it would probably take a week. I was told it would probably take a week. I sent an email Jan 15th & I've been calling on and off to see if I was approved or not. Then I got a call back (I believe from a woman named Jasmine) saying that there was a "glitch" in the system and the woman assured me that she would have to re put in my information and that I would get a call back either that day or the next day. That was weeks ago. I've called, I've been down there, and I have heard nothing. It bothers me that its basically been a month and I haven't heard anything from anyone and I feel like I wasted my money. If I didn't get approved, fine, but I would at least would like to know an answer please

I met with Ashley on Tuesday. 7/9/19. She was very nice and helpful. Im just waiting to hear something back for her. I was able to view a two BR and it was ok, nothing fancy, but clean. I consider this place a good place to stay while in school or starting off. So today is 7/23/20. To this day I haven't heard a word from this place. No one reached out to say anything. I called, but only voicemail. I gave up trying. I feel that I should receive an application refund. This is robbery. Taking money with no reply or follow up.
