Property manager is rude. Partner and myself were treated as stupid first time buyers. Inconsistent information on what charges were mandatory or optional. Website lies about prices, price estimates online are 500 dollars under true prices. Informed the manager we were no longer interested and to update our records to no longer contact us, yet they continued to call, needing me to block them. Need I go on? Don't try to live here.

Used to love living in City View. But now they are trying to squeeze residents for every single fee they can think of. They just added a $25 notice delivery fee, because they added an additional charge on our account the day after our auto-payment. Do not move here. Very bad management, bad service. This place has gone down hill fast.

Being a Provider - I can confidently express that City View Team , PEG property group has dynamic Floor team , From Brandon , Logan in the Office they have been more than punctual reliable and professional in the process of helping and securing residents a safe environment. When it comes to the maintenance team . Shane and his partner is on point !! They respond well to residents and follow up with concerns often . I lived here for a long time. It used to be amazing until they got rid of Hannah. Over the past few months, you’ll rarely see any property manager in the office—even when they may require you to pay rent in person; the place is not cleaned nearly as regularly as it used to be; and they seem like they don’t care about residents, just policy. They used to be flexible and built a great community. However, that community presence was DOA once Hannah was removed. Now, you’re lucky to receive a response to an email within a week, community events are nearly nonexistent, and any sense of flexibility and understanding with residents is gone. Former resident of 3 years. Paid every bill on time, never caused problems. On move-out they hit me with $1600 for “touch-up paint” after I’d already deep-cleaned the unit and even offered to do the touch up from hanging a few things but maintenance couldn’t even tell me the correct color. Office staff has a high turn over rate so no one knows what they're doing except the manager who is rarely there. They WILL keep your full security deposit and pile on excessive charges. So many hidden fees. If you value transparency and fair treatment, look elsewhere.
