City Square Bellevue Apartments

I lived at City Square Apartments for three years. The service and location were great. Any items that needed fixed were always responded to within 24-48 hours by maintenance. The leasing office staff were very responsive and helpful. My only complaint and the reason I had to leave is the management will raise the rent by 10% each year which is the maximum allowed by Washington state. If you don’t have a job which raises your salary by 10% each year you will find yourself with less and less spending money each year you re-sign your lease. Close to move out date I checked and the website showed similar units available close to the original move in price but for tenants who need to renew the lease the price will be increased.

Hello dear friends! I want to write a review about our stay in City Square Bellevue Apartments. First of all, I want to thank the company’s managers. Professionals work here. And very nice girls Geny and Shiloh. I have been living in this complex for 6 months. 1. In winter, force majeure happened, the pipes burst and our building B was flooded. And my apartment was flooded. This happened on Sunday, a day off. And manager Evgenia urgently came to work and was with us. She was very worried about the residents, that we were safe. And everyone living in Complex B was safe. I believe that in such a situation the manager behaved very quickly and professionally. 2. After this, our apartments were renovated for some time. And we stayed in a hotel. But the managers were always in touch and we could

RIP off , avoid if possible. Leasing office person is very rude. Will be very nice at first but once u signed the lease and go for any problems or complaints fater, they don't care and will be rude. 1 year we struggled with problems and noise problem. leasing office din't care at all. We left right after lease ends.

Their parking QR code didn't work, when scanning it just takes you to a map of downtown Seattle and doesn't have this location even when scrolling back to Bellevue. I would've gladly paid the $6 to park as a guest for less than half an hour but they better not send me a $75 bill for non payment. Try the QR code out yourselves.

We truly enjoy living here! The location is wonderful, and we have everything we need. We've had an especially positive experience with the management team—Geny is always friendly, responsible, and quick to respond. Any issues we've had were resolved promptly. After living in several different apartments, I can confidently say that this has been our best experience when it comes to communication with the Leasing Office.
