Randy and Matthew are good managers, my hot water heater went out, and a brand new one was installed the next day. The building is secure, you have to have a key fob to get in the building, you have to know a security code to even take the stairs. It's a good building.

They have poor management and communication. In the 4.5 years I was there, there have been 3 different managers/landlords. They have a huge roach issue. Over the four years I lived there, the price of rent increased without modifications to the unit, building, or amenities, even though being promised updated cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen. It is extremely hard to get in touch with the landlord and after numerous attempts of communicating, I’ve still yet to receive my deposit following moving out. Wouldn’t recommend.

BEWARE RACIST OFFICE LADY Parked my car in the loading zone right outside of these apartments because my friend has a child & she was on her way down. Wasn't sitting out there for more than 5 minutes & the rude old crazy RACIST office lady walked out saying I was going to get a ticket (mind you she has seen me 2x loading & unloading my friends child & spoke to her & smiled at me the past few days while in conversation with my friend.) She then continued to make a phone call & looked back at my car making a point that she was "reporting me". Talk about a POWER TRIP!? Can't imagine what the tenants have to go through if that's how she handles guests. I was informed by my friend that this lady has made multiple of her guests uncomfortable that are not of light skin tone. Be Aware!

Edit: Took a while to get my security deposit back after I accidentally mistyped the forwarding address, but I got it back eventually. Had a good experience renting here, management was very helpful and friendly, place was always clean, and neighbors were nice.

Small but affordable this used to be the top hotel in Omaha the lobby is gorgeous.the apartments are very nice and quiet.the building is very secure and the neighbors are friendly.its also located close to the old market with lots of resteraunt and bars nearby
