City Lofts Apartments

The office staff was amazing! The visitors parking is non existent which is stupid considering the parking garage was never full! Why the one star rating? Wasatch Management Properties thought it was a good idea to raise my rent by more than $200 a month after 18 months of my family living there.

Edit; After leaving this review when talking to management about a whole different manner I was harassed about my review and they kept telling me it was untrue when in fact these are the things I know and I experienced personally so to say what I've lived through while here is untrue is quite disgusting of management and I stated my review will not be changing a review is a review for a reason and to harass me is vile in itself. The blonde lady who works with shay was the one who decided to harass me about a review my opinion still stands as management sucks. Personally I would not recommend living her management sucks and puts on act pretending to be sweet at first but then is rude, I have been lied to on multiple occasions, I am moving out tomorrow because of the issues I will provide b

If there’s one thing I learned while living at CityLofts, it’s that the experience can quickly change especially when it comes to dealing with the property manager, Shaylynn. In the beginning, she came across as kind and supportive, but once it came time for me to move out and raise real concerns, her entire approach shifted. I had multiple issues during my time there. Some were resolved, but others were ignored. When I brought up ongoing problems, instead of being met with understanding, I was made to feel like I was the issue even being told, “maybe you should find somewhere else to live.” That’s not how respectful tenants should be treated, especially when they’ve had no history of conflict. Love the place! Anthony is the best person to help you! UPDATE: If I could give 0 stars to a place this would be. I was one of the tenants who get their car broken in the past months. My issue comes when you leave a garage door open for more than three weeks and expect that nothing will happen. The day that my car was broken in, I came downstairs to talk to the management and when I told the girl who was there that my car window was broken, she told me to wait because she was helping some people move in. WHAT? After that and me repeating myself louder because I was astonished, another person who used to work in management came and told me that he was trying to find in the cameras any relevant information. City Lofts was an amazing place to live for me! The management was always there for any questions or concerns! Shae was exceptional! If not for my health condition, having to relocate back to my home state, I would have loved to stay!
