Still waiting on the screens to placed in my windows. I try not to complain because I know they have the right to renew or not renew my lease. My neighbor just s very noisy on purpose she knocks and bump all day I spoken with the manager but, nothing has changed. She even has someone living there that’s not on the lease.other than this I love my place.

I need to know who owns the apartment complex. My son has been harassed not only by certain neighbor but also by the rental office. He is being forced to move because of what someone said with no proof of any wrong doing. He is innocent of what he is being accused of. No video! No nothing! Legal action will follow soon! What is happening to him is wrong and I won't stand by and let it slide. People will be held accountable!!! Stop harrowing him and get some of your tenants paying low rent and have men living with them!

We have been blessed with good management, maintenance, and neighbors during my years here. It's been sad to have some go, regardless of the reasons. While here, the ones I was acquainted with we're assets to my life. Changes, when able, please: double the laundry equipment, less noise from upper apartments to lower ones, plus notices placed between the door and frame? As for the last request change, if a person is already in versus coming in, notices are delayed in our reading them or get caught in the draft when doors are opened and need to be chased. Overall, this is a great place to live for lots more reasons than those few comments. Thanks for asking.
