City Harbor

I love City Harbor Apartments! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I’ve loved it since day 1! The girls up front are amazing and I know I can always depend on them to be kind and welcoming whether I’m stopping by with a concern or just waving to them in passing. Orlando and the maintenance team do an excellent job and are also always very kind, friendly and quick to fix any issues, the rare times that something isn’t working correctly. I love living here!

I am going on my second year here. Sophie and Diania are no longer here which made it nice to live here. The management here now are not pleasant. I will not even go to the office any more. I received a threat to collectioms because they couldn't post the utilities in a timely manner. They have now delivered notices to keep things off the stoop because it is not a patio. So, if you want to be able to sit outside, I recommend you go somewhere else. I'm sure a lot of people will leave because of the management. I have already started looking.

I lived in this complex from April to November 2025, a 7 months lease, everything was wonderful until they got new office personnel. The new office manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Suddenly they do not accept checks, “scanner not working”, and make you pay online even if you don’t want to. I bet this is just because they do not want to have to scan the checks. Went to the office to ask questions and they treat me like I am living there for free. The new manager, if you need something, will tell: I am in the middle of something can’t help you now. That is how it is now People living here will definitely missed Diana and Sophia. No more friendly people. Thank god my lease is over.

I recently moved in to City Harbor apartments. Daiana helped me to complete all the required paper work in advance before the move to make it a smooth process. Upon arrival to City Harbor apartments, Daiana had the unit clean and ready for me to move in. I'm very happy that I choose City Harbor as my living residence in Melbourne, Florida; since its gardens, swimming pool, tranquility and STAFF make me feel that I'm really living on a resort.

I was under pressure to find something quickly and liked the apartment but not the location. I was told it had a lake view but it does not the view is of the dumpster and garbage pails. And way too many fees that raise the monthly rent payment substantially. Additionally, my corner of the complex seems to be forgotten there is no landscaping the leaves have not been raked and when I open my door I’m looking at dirt and when it rains, mud. Needs mulch badly hasn’t been done in like forever.
