Simply horrid. Forced to move out due to them allowing upstairs neighbors to break the law for months. Had the police out a dozen times. Managers still didn’t care. Ended up letting us out of our lease early so after 6 months my child could finally sleep. Never ever again. Unbelievably terribly run company.

While I can appreciate the attempt that Strata and City Center have done to make this area better than before, it comes with a lot of issues. When we initially moved into the Strata West building we were not told that our apartment was in close proximity to the building amenities and were not warned about the noise level. The gym was so loud with banging weights and residents music that my dog wouldn’t leave our bedroom. In December 2024 we found black mold in the utility closet that we don’t typically have access to and it was only found because we were home during a routine inspection. I shudder at the thought of not being home and living for a prolonged period of time with mold. When this issue was brought to management they tried to downplay it as mildew, but it was confirmed as black

Great company. But would love to see a nice shiny skyscraper at 7th and Hamilton St. Center city Allentown needs that beacon right in the center of town.

It's by far the best place to live in center city allentown. I absolutely love it. It's just really expensive and every couple of months the hot water goes out for the entire building, for hours or even a full day. If that didn't happen it'd be perfect. Really safe/secure btw and all the staff are excellent.

PLEASE !! Do your research before signing your lease with this complex. It is not at all worth the price. I’m young and this is my first apartment and I don’t feel safe , this complex has a habit sweeping a lot under the rugs. When it’s clearly something that should be handled accordingly. I’m superrrr upset and beyond lost of words with my experience coming here. Specifically Strata West
