I really appreciation Nikki, From the moment I moved into the property four years ago, her professionalism and dedication to tenant satisfaction have been consistently evident. She has always been incredibly responsive to any inquiries or concerns, addressing issues promptly and efficiently. She is understanding and compassionate approach to her tenants. She fosters a positive and respectful living environment, making her an outstanding landlord. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a reliable and caring property manager.

My brother lives in City Center and I'm applying to live here, too. Anytime we talk to Nikki she has been extremely nice and she's extremely professional. She does her job amazing and she does it with a smile. We have never had any problems with her and she gets things done quickly. I can't wait to hopefully live in these nice apartments with great management.

The apartments are beautiful, but the manager lady, Nikki, is awful. She is completely unprofessional, snippy, has an attitude, and is lazy at her job. She's one of those stuck up people that think she's better then everyone else. Very childish. She's not even around half the time when she is suppose to be. Alot of other people that live in the apts complain about Nikki too. Just ask around and you'll see what I'm talking about. Renter Beware

Visited city center apartments today, first thought driving towards the site is that its very clean . Walking in as well, also very safe . You need a code to get in , everything looked so clean , minus of course the tracks of salt from the traffic (but that's normal) . While I was waiting the manager was with a tenant, I noticed how the conversation went and that the manager cared very much about solving the tenants issue . At this point she hadn't seen I was waiting. About two minutes later I let myself be know . Once she finished up with the tenant I just had to let her know that she was great at her job . Especially since I haven't seen the same treatment or care where I currently live . I let her know what I was there for and I was taken on a tour. All around cleanliness and quiet . W

Yes, just moved in 10 or so days ago my move-in went smooth. Everybody’s so nice to me and I think I’ll be a nice place to live. Thanks for having me!
