Citrus Run

My experience living in this community has been excellent from the very beginning. The leasing and quoting process was extremely easy and smooth. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The entire complex is well-maintained, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like home — highly recommended!

I have been living here since 2023, We had amazing property managers and a great company that used to run these apartments. Ever since the new company took over they have completely destroyed the complex. When I go property managers Kathryn she completely disregards what I tell her and answers with maintenance will have a look. I continue telling her about my concerns and she cuts me off and tells me okay maintamce will take a look. I have gone with concerns and everytime I go, my issues get dismissed. They put these hideous fences that don’t even match with the property and it’s honestly a hot mess. My rent had gone up 200 dollars due to all the changes they have done to new companies they are in service with. It’s honestly ridiculous and I feel as if people want to break their lease the

Zero stars! The entire complex smells like rotten eggs from the waste treatment plant on the corner! Silver fish are everywhere on the property! The property manager Shelby is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. Her and Mike the maintenance man gossip about the residents. I had several issues with my apartment and was only given excuses as to why they couldn’t be resolved. Shelby the property manager is very condescending and rude. She made sarcastic remarks and comments to me each time I spoke to her about an apartment related issue. Mike the maintenance man actually walked into my apartment while I was getting out of the shower! Completely unacceptable behavior. The manger/Senior community director Kathryn Haeffner was very nice and respectful, She helped me with all my questions . I definitely recommend talking to her and checking out these apartments. Thank you so much for the help !
