Citrus Grove of Rialto

The management here is good at bare min. and they get new management about 1-2 times a year. The new management seems to just come in blind and likes to send paper threats to people in the complex. It takes maintenance forever to fix anything but I believe they are all trainees so eh they get a break. The maintenance of the outside of the facility is great and should attract more customers. But they do the bare min to keep the tenant. The laundry rooms… DISGUSTING. And they supposedly got new machines but the machines are dirty and it looks like NO ONE goes and cleans, takes out the trash or does maintenance on them. I’d rather go to the public laundry mat, which I have been since I’m complaining. But man it would be nice to have the amenities you pay for. Anywho. Come here at your own ris

This place is horrible management is terrible they do not know what they are doing they do not care about anything. If you dont do things their way they will harass you. The only reason they do these “inspections” are to go in your room and be nosy and tell you how to live.

Worst apartment complex I've ever been to, management straight up doesn't care about anything that happens here.

Great place to living that

In this complex your package go missing and gets delivered to the wrong door with the picture showing where it got delivered. I called the office and let Gabrielle know exactly what’s going on she had the nerve to tell me every one reliable for their missing package. Mind you they don’t even have a street sign.
