Citrus Grove Apartments

I’ve had a pretty good experience living here. Everett the manager is easy to talk to, helpful, and always tries to take care of things when something comes up. Communication is straightforward and it feels like he actually care about the residents. the place is run well and having a solid manager definitely makes living here better!

We’ve been here for an about 6 months and have had no issues. Neighbors are quiet and to themselves. Maintenance comes quickly after you input an order. Water does get turned off for maintenance reasons but it’s to be expected when you live in apartments however, it doesn’t happen often. Overall I’ve had a solid experience here.

I moved here in 2024 under the keys program it went pretty ok but they never check ther mail at the corporate office so I constantly had complications with them saying I owed rent but whole time checks were sent out. I would not recommend moving here for the prices they charge the water of being shut off every other month for 4-6 hours at a time as well as monthly electric power outages. There’s no way that there Is an accident on lugonia ave every month for the power to be out. Am currently moving out November 2025. It is currently the 25th and I’m sitting in my apartment with no power I can see everyone using there flashlights and it seems to always be before a holiday.Management is constantly having new people the maintenance people on the property now more than the actual leasing agent

Look elsewhere if you need am apartment. This place has a monthly turnover of employees in the office. They never pick up the phone. Residents' pets crap all over the property. Just this week, the water has been turned off 2 times 5-6 hours in the middle off the day with no warning or valid reason. They enticed me to move in by offering a "Washer Dryer". I then found out after moving in that it is a combo machine and absolutely does not dry. I am charged $175 extra per month for this machine that has never worked right. Rents are way too expensive, for what you get. The maintenance manager is great, but totally overworked because he doesn't have enough help. I am still here because unfortunately I signed a lease. I recommend you live elsewhere.

Look elsewhere, the management here is the worst. They are friendly enough when you can actually reach someone but don’t expect an answer to your questions. I’m sure it’s due to the turnover rate so the answer they constantly give is, I was wasn’t here at that time but still unacceptable. I’m still having issues with them over a year after moving out due to THEM losing my documents. I’m not sure how they file tenants documents but it’s horrible, which you would think they keep that somewhat in order being the management office. This place is not worth the headache!
