Citrus Gardens Apartments

I have lived here for a couple of years now . The apartments are clean and modern. The neighbors are nice. The maintenance team is excellent . The office personnel are always on top of everything. Cesar, Erica, and Joslyn are profesional and super helpful.

This place is terrible. The worst staff workers (except Erika) and the most terrible built apartment homes built ever. Nothing works, a million issues arise the second you move in and they will never get fixed which is the best part. DO NOT move here.

I scheduled a window on 8/9/24. Got reminder message to meet at location on same day morning. Once I reached location by 9am taking half day leave from office, staff told that no apartment available in the same budget and was sharing details of a more expensive apartment. If they know the apparent is already occupied, minimum professionalism need to show to update. So at least I can avoid half day leave.

The building is good but kitchens are small with little counter space for a person that cooks daily its tough hate electric stoves but that's what it is here . We upgraded to a bigger apt in the same building which I'm happy with its bigger. However we where only one year at the previous apt we had new carpet but when we left they stuck us with a bill of 600 for brand new carpet replacement when the carpet wasn't torn or damaged or with irreversible stains either, all it really needed was vacuuming carpet was in good condition because we didn't do it a few days prior to moving,we actually kept a gate at the door not even our dog was allowed in our bedroom! We tried hard to keep our carpet as clean as possible but when we left the crew that comes in to fix ect made a mess of the carpet and
