Citigate Apartments

I have lived at Citigate for 11 yrs and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apt in the Northgate area. It is conveniently located near public transportation, Target, a post office, and many other practical businesses. My rent has, of course, increased over the years but not unreasonably. It is still priced very well for the Seattle market. The overall property is maintained very well and I appreciate that individual maintenance issues are responded to and dealt with in a very timely manner. We had some issues with car break-ins in the garage and mail theft but management was very receptive to the residents suggestions for better security in these areas. New and more secure mailboxes were installed and resident keys are now needed to access the elevator room and the stairwells from

I’ve had a great experience at City Gate Apartments. The location at Northgate Station is unbeatable — easy access to transit, shopping, and dining makes everything convenient. Melissa and Meredith are fantastic — professional, friendly, and truly care about the residents. The community is clean, well-managed, and feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Been happy here for over a decade now. :) Management has always been kind and patient with us regarding life's ups and downs. The place itself is relatively quiet despite the proximity to the highway, and it's in convenient distance to the light rail now. I always recommend this place to people looking whenever I can (the in-unit washer/dyer is usually what wins them over too). Happy cat approved!

I have loved living here. Excellent location and they have taken care of all of my maintenance needs quickly. The management has always been kind and quick to help me with any issues. Clean property! I lived at the property for 5 years and would stay longer if I wasn’t leaving the area.

Citigate is great bang for your buck. Convenient location, spacious units, lovely neighbors, and the ladies who work in the leasing office are very kind and accommodating.
