One of the best features is definitely the lake view — it is absolutely stunning and makes living here even more special. Waking up and seeing the water every day is truly the highlight of this community. The management team is professional, attentive, and always willing to assist residents when needed. They communicate clearly and make sure everything runs smoothly, which makes a big difference. I would also like to recognize Rodrigo, the Maintenance Supervisor, for his outstanding work. While driving by this property I decided to stop and get information considering i was looking to move in the next few months. It was clean and I was greeted by their agent Justin. He seemed busy when i arrived but pushed his paperwork to the side so that he could assist me. Very pleasant experience with him. He answered all my questions and ensured what he was saying was being understood. This was a great 1st impression and id recommend this property

Moving here was the best decision I've ever made. Jorge, Eduardo, and Rodrigo work as a team and keep everything in perfect condition. Repairs are done quickly and accurately, whenever possible, and I feel right at home. The office team is always willing to help and provide information, which makes everything much easier.

Rodrigo has honestly been such a bright spot around the property. He’s the kind of person you’re genuinely happy to see because he shows up ready to help stay positive, and just get things done without making a big deal out of it. You can tell he cares. Not just about the work, but about the people who live here. Since he’s taken over maintenance, the whole place feels different in the best way. Things look cleaner, sharper, and better taken care of, and that’s 100% thanks to his consistency and pride in what he does.
