Upon relocating to this location in September, I have experienced unparalleled satisfaction. The entire office staff exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the maintenance team consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and diligence. Furthermore, I am particularly impressed by the meticulous upkeep of the property by the porters. During my inaugural barbecue outing, I was astounded by the immaculate condition of the grills. In summary, I wholeheartedly endorse this property, rating it an exceptional 10 out of 10.

Yadira and Victoria in the office were so incredibly helpful and so incredibly kind. The application process is rather seamless and can mostly be done online which is nice…. Awesome amenities, safe and secure, and easily the nicest apartments I’ve lived in. 5 stars from me!

I recently toured the complex, which is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. They have so much to offer including a pool with cabanas and grilling area, a business center, a club house and a fitness center. They even host monthly events which I thought was amazing. The staff was great and really took the time to explain everything about the community to me and to answer all of my questions.

Ive been living here a few months now and it is a great community, pleasant and friendly, and very well maintained. The staff are responsive and attentive and made move in a very smooth process accommodating my cross country move. Highly recommend a great building in a a great location.

We’ve had a great experience living at Circa 2020 so far. Yadira and Victoria have been especially helpful, always prompt in answering our questions and very accommodating whenever issues with the apartment have come up. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really make a difference in making this community feel welcoming and well run.
