DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! There are roaches and mice!! I have been here 5 weeks and there have been problems since day one! On day one the unit was not clean, the stove didn’t work, the Venetian blinds were broken and unable to open/close, the washing machine had a hole in the bleach reservoir, there was a water leak, the unit smelled, the kitchen countertops were damaged, the cabinets were not in good condition, there was an electrical issue, and many other problems. The only thing that has been fixed since then is the leak. Maintenance is slow to make any repairs. The maintenance requests to fix all of these issues has not been addressed in weeks. I really hate I had to give 1 star to leave a review. But, If you’re thinking about renting from this apartment complex. Don’t.. they completely wasted my time during the application process. The website is garbage.. not user friendly and you’re unable to apply online as stated. I was required to come in to apply because of this, which was inconvenient at the time. I did come in and had all that was required to process my application and was told the process would be quick. However, when I got there I was told I needed to come back to complete the process… because the property manager was “busy” and “refused” to notarize paperwork ( a letter ) that “management” required. And I still don’t know why “this letter” was needed because it had nothing to with how the unit would be paid for

I toured the property with Shanee. She was kind, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. The unit I viewed looked nice and clean. I am very concerned, however, about the pest and rodent problems as mentioned in the review. I am experiencing this same issue where I currently live! Don't want to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire!!! 🤨

Terrible Living Experience: Serious Health and Safety Problems! Mice!! Rodents!!! My experience at PaperTreePike Apartments has been very stressful and disappointing since the day I moved in. The biggest problem is a serious rodent infestation. There are rats and mice both inside the apartment and outside the buildings. Traps do not help at all. Maintenance, management and pest control have been called many times but nothing works. The problem never ends. This situation is very unsafe especially for families with children. If you have a child, you will be worried about their health and safety. No amount of cleaning helps because the rodents are everywhere. There are also many insects in the apartment, which makes the living conditions even worse. Management may offer a 1 or 2 month rent

Where do I even begin. I wish I could give a rating under 1 star. This place is in the negatives for sure. I lived here 5 Years ago for 2 years.
