It's a nice place to live, but if you live downstairs It's a mess when you have people living above you that has children, they let them run and jump like no one lives below them and it's 😔

1. The apartment manager had residents who've lived there for a long time that will report back to her about what they've seen or heard in the complex & then the manager will ask about what family & friends you've had over. You're being monitored & watched. (Even with no issues with your company). It's NOT their business. 2. I understand a pet policy, but you know you can't even let your company bring their pet into your apartment for a few minutes while your company is visiting because the manager will inform you. (Again, the being watched I mentioned above.) 3. They wouldn't fix a leak properly in bathroom & told me for me & my children not to take baths anymore making it out to be OUR fault it was leaking downstairs when they just didn't want to fix the issue. I've had an excellent experience since I've moved in. I've had no issues with roaches or bed bugs; they spray every other month. I had one maintenance issue with the dishwasher when I first moved in, but it was fixed within a day. It's super quiet and the grounds are always clean. My dad came to visit me, and he was impressed with how quiet and well maintained it was. The staff is always friendly to me and my son, and he loves to get candy when we go into the office! And the pool was great to use in the summer. I definitely would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I've lived here for 6 years. The staff is great. I've never had an issue with roaches. They come and spray bi-monthly, if you see any roaches between sprays they will come out and spray for you. Connie, the property manager, will tend to your needs as long as she knows those needs. They work with you if you are unable to pay your entire rent at the first of the month. This was my first apartment, I am 25 now and the only other place I would move to is a house. No other apartments compare, especially for the great price. The maintenance men are amazing and prompt. Sophia does a great job at the front desk. The property manager, Connie, is really down to earth and about her business. Very clean and well kept. All maintenance done in a timely manner. Friendly and caring staff. I've lived here for almost 2 years and I have no complaints. If you have a problem you just have to talk to Connie, the property manager, and she will do what she can to help. I'm lucky to have nice neighbors and feel very safe living here. A very nice place to live.
