Outstanding Experience Thanks to Felicia Grandberry. I have lived at Cierra Crest Apartments since late January, and from the very beginning, Felicia Grandberry has made my experience truly exceptional. She is extremely friendly, incredibly helpful, and absolutely amazing at what she does. From day one, Felicia made me feel genuinely welcome. Every time I stop by or need assistance, she greets me with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her knowledge is impressive, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure everything is handled smoothly. Cierra Crest Apartments did a marvelous job hiring Felicia. Took a tour of the place. Well kept. Apartments were nice and clean. Felicia explained the application process and what to expect. One of the best apartment complexes I have visited. Super kind and knowledgeable.

Cars are frequently stolen and broken into here. You have to pay $8 to park here, but all that does is doesn’t get you towed and towed others who don’t pay. Cierra crest is aware of the constant crime, but does nothing to ensure it doesn’t happen. I have had no AC or mailbox both for 1 year. High turn over rate in the office and the pool, in the 5.5 years I lived here, has never been properly cleaned or cared for. Many more affordable apartments to rent besides these. Cierra crest, please don’t waste time responding to this with your chat gtp text, get the management company to install cameras and fences. They will take very long to solve any problem besides adding payments to your account. They even blamed my neighbors for mold in the apartment. 3 cats have even stolen between just 2 bui

I first want to highlight that all the random 5-star reviews referencing "tours" should already be a big enough red flag to make someone question this property. My fiancé and I moved into Cierra in July 2023 not having physically seen the apartment unit, only videos/photos sent by the Leasing Agent. To start, the unit we signed for did not match the videos/photos we were sent. This wasn't too upsetting as we were okay with the differences but seemed wrong on the Leasing Agents part. They had also told us the unit was "recently" renovated, which if I remember correctly turned out to be pre-2013, but I guess "recent" is subjective. To add, the unit upon move-in was not well cleaned, the floors were nasty, (pasta sauce still on floor), and baseboards coated in dust and hair. Communication w

If you only choose to listen to one review, listen to this one. We lived here for 3 years. The apartment is a bit outdated, but was fine. We had a great view of the mountains, which is the ONLY reason we renewed our lease twice. There is a lot of dog poop around the complex & parking is a nightmare. If you don’t get home before 5pm be ready to park far away. The pool was advertised to us as open year round, but they changed it and it was probably open for a total of 100 days in the span of 3 years. We moved out about 5 months ago, but Cierra Crest didn’t get us our security deposit back until today. I wanted to wait until everything was resolved before leaving a review.
