We rented an Airbnb for which this management company was responsible, and they did a very poor job maintaining it for their client. We spent over $5,100 for a 4 night stay at a beautiful home in Western NC and there was a laundry list of items that could have been avoided by a proper inspection of the property prior to our arrival. We were happy moving on from it when our stay was complete, and not writing a review on Airbnb, but after they accused me of lying about breaking a $20 remote that was broken when we arrived, and accusing one of our house broken and kenneled dogs of staining a rug that didn't happen, I was left with no choice. I would strongly discourage you from listing your vacation rental with this company.

So it’s the first time I used Airbnb, and the experience was amazing! Boyd and Lisa are the true definition of SUPERHOSTS!!! They left us a welcome card which we loved and thought was a great touch. They were very attentive to us and our needs. The coffee machine was broken they went out and got us a replacement immediately! We needed a pack and play and they had one for us within the hour! Just amazing.... The weather wasn’t the greatest and the community was flooded to the point that people couldn’t get in or out. Boyd and Lisa kept in touch with us to make sure my family was ok and kept us up to date with the emergency service updates and made us feel very comfortable! The cabin itself was beautiful! This was the perfect getaway. This cabin is beautiful, very clean, and they added so many nice touches that made it feel like home. It is private, wooded, and so relaxing. Go to the gazebo for sunrise and sunset, the view is amazing. We loved sitting on the screened in porch, enjoying the sounds of nature. We will definitely be back.

The photos and descriptions on the website, do not do the cabins justice. We were quite impressed with them in every way. There were small details that many would not think to provide, such as a small flashlight on a cable, at the entrance, to help you use the lock box, if you arrived at night, along with a very thoughtful welcome S'mores kit. Too bad there was not a dose of self control in that bad, so the marshmallows would not have gotten consumed before we hit the fire pit, haha. The address and arrival instructions were 99% spot on. It may, however have been my GPS causing the absolutely minor confusion. GPS said we had arrived, but we were in the middle of a road. Guest Review Harrisons Place Really enjoyed staying at this beautiful cottage. It has so many amenities and is such a peaceful place to relax. We enjoyed watching the deer visiting daily, along with a few rabbits. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was beautifully decorated! A great place to stay!
